Took over an online store with 700+ products from the previous developer — unstable framework-less PHP 8.2 with no tests or docs — and rebuilt it: fixed the bugs, documented it, moved it to Git.
Run and extend the storefront and full admin panel (products, variants, categories, brands, coupons, blog) on MariaDB with hand-written SQL; Zarinpal & IDPay payments, Kavenegar SMS, customer accounts and order tracking.
Migrated hosting from shared cPanel/Apache to Docker (nginx + php-fpm).
